Wale Ajayi-Owoeye

Wale Ajayi-Owoeye is a seasoned Strategic Operations and Supply Chain Leader with over 15 years of experience in material handling, logistics and smart warehousing. He Joined R.T Briscoe Nig Plc -June 15, 2011, as a Sale executive and has evolved over the years across various roles and is currently an assistant General manager (Head Sales)in the Material handling business.

He holds an Executive MBA (Lagos Business School, Pan Atlantic University, AR), an MBA in Marketing (Ladoke Akintola University, 2014), and a BSc. in Industrial and Labour Relations (Olabisi Onabanjo University, 2007). His academic journey is further enhanced by prestigious international programs, including the International Pan-African EMBA Module at IESE Business School, Barcelona (2025) and the Management Communications Courses – Presenting in Business, and Planning Communication both by Harvard Business Publishing (2024).

He has received several in-house and global trainings with Toyota Material Handling International (Japan & Europe), Manitou (France), and certified in Warehouse Trucks Business Training (Sweden, 2019). He has expertise in demand forecasting, consultative sales, and business transformation. Wale combines sales acumen, global training, exposure and proven leadership to position himself as a transformative force needed to build a resilient, data-driven operation for sustainable growth in our organization.
