Peters Awomolo

Peters Awomolo is the Head of Business at Briscoe Properties Limited, a subsidiary of R.T. Briscoe (Nigeria) PLC, where he provides strategic leadership in real estate development and facility management.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Central Christian University, North Carolina, USA. He also earned a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and has attended various leadership and management training programs within Nigeria.

Prior to joining the Briscoe Group, Peters acquired over a decade of experience at Alumaco Nigeria Plc, serving in several finance roles before being seconded to Newco Investment Company as Management Accountant.

He joined Briscoe Properties Limited in June 2011 as Company Accountant and rose through the ranks to become Senior Manager, Finance & Administration. In January 2020, he was appointed Acting Head of Business, a role he continues to hold with distinction.

Peters is also a student member of the CFA Institute, and his core competencies span Operations Management, Conflict Resolution, Sales & Marketing, and Business Leadership. Under his guidance, Briscoe Properties has continued to deliver innovative real estate solutions, contributing significantly to the group's strategic goals and market presence
