Titilola Sodipo

Engr. Titilola Sodipo leads the Briscoe Material Handling Equipment division of R.T. Briscoe (Nigeria) PLC, where she oversees end-to-end operations of industrial lifting and handling solutions. With a strong foundation in engineering and business management, she plays a key role in driving growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction within the business unit.

She holds a Master’s in Electrical engineering (Bells University) and an MBA (Lagos State University), which have equipped her with a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic leadership. She is a Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE) and an Accredited Member of ACIWM, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence in industrial machinery and workplace management. She is an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School (SMP76)

Since joining R.T. Briscoe in 2010, Engr. Sodipo has held various senior roles, culminating in her appointment as Head of Business. Her responsibilities include strategic planning, business development, client relationship management, and cross-functional coordination across Briscoe’s industrial solutions portfolio.

Under her leadership, the Material Handling division has become a key contributor to the company’s revenue, delivering high-performance equipment and reliable support services tailored to Nigeria’s manufacturing, Oil & gas, logistics, construction and facility management sectors.

Engr. Sodipo’ leadership continues to strengthen R.T. Briscoe’s position as a trusted name in industrial mobility and technical solutions.
